I am a writer/composer of ambient instrumental music with a focus on supporting wellness.
I am very much inspired by the beauty of nature that surrounds me here in Surrey, UK. My music, assisted by authentic wildlife voices and effects, reconnects listeners with nature.
Many with whom I have already shared my music have reported significant improvements with sleep, easing of anxiety, as well as finding it easier to relax and switch off unwanted mind chatter.
During the extraordinary times we find ourselves in, I decided I wanted to help as many people as possible through this phase and beyond by sharing more of my music.
I'd like to offer a measure of my music to all employees and associates within and across the NHS. In doing so I hope to be able to share some of the wellbeing benefits I believe music can bring to the listener.
I am sharing five tracks chosen from my albums as free MP3 downloads.
These can be downloaded to the device of your choice, although I recommend downloading to a laptop/computer where possible as they can easily be added to playlists which can then be copied to smartphones or tablets etc.
I've carefully chosen the five tracks to support what I believe are important fundamentals of everyday wellbeing.
I am grateful for the opportunity to share my music for inclusion into your wellbeing moments and routines.

It is obvious to all the tremendous pressures that face every member of staff within the NHS. My greatest wish has been to be able to extend the music I share to as many staff members as I possibly could within the NHS
